Each rehearsal process lasts roughly five to eight weeks depending on the type and run length of the production. Rehearsals are scheduled 3-5 times per week, typically 3-4 on weekdays and one over the weekend. For shows in our Youngest Audiences Series (ages 0-5), a typical run includes approximately 10 performances, each lasting between 20 and 30 minutes, and include morning performances. For our main season (ages 6-12), non-touring productions include an average of 6 performances, with the majority of performances being afternoon matinees. Some school matinee ability on Friday mornings is preferred, and some YAS and main season productions are paired with tours. 

Compensation is $500 dollars for principal cast of mainstage, non-touring productions, and $400 for understudy roles. Touring productions pay $50/performance, with an average of 15+ performances.
