A Community of Experts & Advocates in Service to Talespinner's Mission

The Board of Directors of Talespinner Children’s Theatre is a group of committed community leaders, advocates, and supporters who help guide and strengthen the organization in service of its mission. Grounded in a shared belief that every child and family deserves access to meaningful arts experiences, the board provides leadership, stewardship, and support that help Talespinner remain a welcoming and creative home for children’s theatre in Cleveland. Through governance, fundraising, community connection, and strategic guidance, the board helps ensure that Talespinner can continue creating inclusive, accessible, and high-quality professional productions and educational opportunities that engage, empower, and inspire children and families across the region. Jennifer Bosco, EdD
Chair

After 20+ years leading teams and business development initiatives, Jennifer founded Bosco Consulting, a firm providing strategy, leadership & inclusion services to businesses. 

She also serves as the Inclusion Hub Director with Plexus LGBTQ & Allied Chamber of Commerce. Her work uses a lens of antiracism and intersectionality of race, gender, sexuality, and ability to implement organizational culture change. In her spare time, Jennifer co-hosts a podcast focused on queer womyn relationships, identities, and lived experiences with her wife. With a passion for the arts and growing up in a performing family, Jennifer (she/her) knows the importance of theater to help children develop confidence, a strong sense of others, and new ways to express their thoughts and feelings.

Kristen Levy
Vice Chair

Kristen is an nonprofit administrator with over 15 years of experience in the arts and culture sector. She is currently an Advancement Officer with the Cleveland Zoo Society.

Prior to that, she raised funds for Northeast Ohio organizations Beck Center for the Arts, Assembly for the Arts, Cleveland Institute of Art, and the Cleveland Play House. In Los Angeles she supported advancement efforts at the American Film Institute and Center Theatre Group. Her work as a film and theater artist has been seen as far away as Australia, and she performs in and around Northeast Ohio regularly. She enjoys engaging in arts and culture activities around town with her spouse, also a filmmaker, and daughter.

Joshua joined the Board of Talespinner in 2023.

Hannah Maier

Hannah is a skilled marketing and project management professional with extensive experience in nonprofit and small business marketing.

With a unique blend of technical expertise and empathy, she ensures user experiences are efficient and human-centered. As a Project Manager at Jetpack Group, Hannah specializes in optimizing website properties, aligning them with organizational goals, and enhancing user engagement. She excels in managing complex projects, implementing tracking systems, and facilitating effective communication between technical, content, and creative teams. Driven by a passion for connecting with others and supporting meaningful initiatives, Hannah values collaboration, emotional intelligence, and open communication. Outside of work, she enjoys running, attending local arts events, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her husband and cats.

Nick Hardaway

Nick Hardaway is a model, fashion stylist and content creator with over 20 years of experience in arts and entertainment.

Nick began his love for the arts and theatre at an early age, lending his talents to local theatre productions in and around the Cleveland area including the Cleveland Playhouse. While attending The Ohio State University for fashion retail studies and sociology he was signed to a well known midwest talent agency. Where his dream of becoming a commercial print model was made a reality when he booked his first commercial for McDonald’s. Nick quickly followed that success by appearing in numerous commercial and print publications while working with top brands including Sperry, Express, Kroger, & Marriott to name a few. Nick’s experience within the industry expands across all areas within arts and entertainment including acting, dance, and his love of blogging and collaborating with well known brands for his men’s styling and content creation business Mecmode, where he helps individuals look and feel their best from the inside out. As well as his Youtube series “Cocktails with Nick” where he shares his love of cocktail making with recipes for his followers to enjoy, while discussing real life topics and all things fashion and lifestyle. Nick believes that every child no matter their background should have the opportunity and access to experience the magic of theatre and the joy it can bring. In helping them realize their dreams which can help them shape a future as bright as the star within them.

Ali Forbes

Ali is a Partner & Designer at studio Chartreuse, a Cleveland-based graphic design studio known for its bold approach to branding, print design, and packaging. With over 13 years of experience in the design industry, she brings a distinctive creative vision shaped by her background in fine art and design.

Ali’s expertise contributes to the studio’s focus on building brand identities that celebrate individuality and leave a lasting impact—particularly for restaurants, retail spaces, arts organizations, and local non-profits. Outside of work, she finds joy in watercolor painting, reading, visiting museums, attending art shows and performances, as well as exploring all that Cleveland has to offer—each a natural extension of her creative spirit. In 2025, Ali joined the Board of Talespinner.

Jayde Snyder
Jayde (she/her) is a People & Culture Leader with 8+ years of experience in human‑centered work, spanning employee experience, culture development, people programs, DEIB, talent operations, customer service, and tech‑driven people solutions.
She leads with a servant‑leadership mindset shaped by frontline customer experience, learning and development work, and culture building across higher education, corporate retail, and nonprofit environments. Currently pursuing her MBA in Leadership Innovation, Jayde is dedicated to creating environments where people of all ages and backgrounds feel confident, supported, and inspired. With a lifelong fondness for the arts and experience performing in multiple productions during her youth, she believes in the power of storytelling and performance to help children build imagination, empathy, and self‑expression. Jayde brings her her passion for creative learning, her background in culture strategy, and her commitment to uplifting families to her role on the Talespinner Children’s Theatre Board of Directors. Her dedication is grounded in her own family and village, who remind her of the power of community, creativity, and cultivating a sense of belonging.

Lucas Clark
Lucas is a theatre educator and arts administrator serving as the Fine & Performing Arts Program Coordinator at Gilmour Academy.
He teaches theatre across grades K–12, directs multiple productions each year, and oversees the school’s arts programming. He holds a Master's degree in Theatre Education from The Catholic University of America. Previously, Lucas has worked in a variety of roles for arts organization across the country, including ENCORE Chamber Music Institute, Great Lakes Theatre, Music Theatre Wichita, and Barrington Stage Company, among others. Lucas is a proud member of the American Alliance for Theatre & Education and the Educational Theatre Association. He also serves on the board for his high school's alumni association. Having grown up attending a public performing arts high school, Lucas appreciates the impact that access to the arts can have on a young person’s life. As a new father, he is excited to support TCT's mission of making theatre accessible to children and families across Cleveland.
